I have extremely low blood pressure and often get dizzy when going from lying to a sitting or standing position, and have almost passed out from this.
Paxil fixes a lot of my anxiety problems (panic attack, obsessive thoughts, driven nature, hypercritical nature (finding fault) and a number of other problems that seem related to hypervigilance and anxiety in general.
It did nothing to cure the UTI
I would get these strange thoughts popping into my head, like thinking I was dying and was the last day I was going to be alive.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING THIS DOSAGE.
It got bad enough that my doctor worried I had ovarian cancer.

My body temperature has changed and my blood pressure went up.
There were no side effects after the first couple of doses but they developed around day 2 and got progressively worse. The side effects became so bad I stopped taking it after 9 doses (2 1/2 days). I will elect to have this tooth extracted rather than stay on this drug if there aren't any other options. I will NEVER take this drug again.

went through the beginning of side effects dizzy, etc. after 5 weeks now I feel very anx. irr. and more in the morning and all day I don't know if this is going to go away. I feel worst then never starting this. I can't sleep soundly either. I as of now need to speak to my Dr. about it for this continues I will want off it. I will not take one tonight and skip it. Am too afraid of this horror feeling. Not sure what Im feeling but feeling crazy.
Holy hell.
Good if you can tolerate the side effects that I experienced.
I'll listen to my gut on this one.
So, it did not work for me.
